any name with the pronunciation of gay in it for a child is horrible, especially with the over use of the word as it is. Sorry

For me, it's not so much that it sounds like "gay", more the fact it sounds absolutely horrible. Gay-org? Seriously? I'm sorry, it's just not a good one.
Reply:If u lived in germany im sure it would b fine but if u live in the U.S. ur sentencing ur child 2 a life (at least his childhood %26amp; teen years) of teasing! If u truely like the name maybe use it as a middle name. I have an unusual 1st name %26amp; as a kid i was terrorized by other kids now as an adult ppl think its beautiful but the memories of being teased (even though it doesnt bother me now) are still awful!
Reply:Ok, I like the name George it is actually my son's middle name, having said that I do not like how it is spelled or pronounced. He will get teased, I would rethink it.
Reply:Would you like that name if you were a boy? If he'll be in America, give him a good middle name that he can use instead. My dad went by his middle name for years. it's how his classmates knew him.
