Well, I do love my son's name. He was named after my husband, so it has special meaning to us.


I'm currently pregnant with Baby #2. For a boy, we like Ronan (pronounced Row - nan) Kenneth. Kenneth isn't exactly my favorite name, but it's my late father - in - law's middle name so I want to use it to honor him. The name Ronan isn't overused, but it's not too out there, either (we live in an area where there is a big Irish American population). For a girl, we like Fiona Marie. And for those who think as in Fiona Apple or the princess from Shrek, no that's not it. We just love the name. The middle name will be Marie, which is my dear mother - in - law's middle name.


Fiona Marie and Ronan Kenneth - they may not be everyone's cup of tea, but they suit us well.
