My babies name is....?

i think my boyfrien and i have decided on a name for our unborn child. Were going with Marley. Its our names joined together. Does anyone know any other Marlies? What do yall think of it?

I knew on square girl who named her cat Marley.


I call her square not because of the name, but because she was clueless who Bob Marley was.

According to the book I have (I'm 30 weeks, trying to find the right name for my own daughter-to-be!), it means "wished for."
Reply:Our pediatrician's name is Marly. So is our neighboor's wife. That name is pretty common here in the Phils. Often its a nick given for Maria Linda,or Marilyn,etc.


But if its a combination of your names, it only shows how well-loved the baby is.

Reply:My aunts name is Marilee, pretty similar and she goes by Mar or Lee. I think it is a cute name and you have to be different than everyone else, because our children are unique in themselves. Three of my 5 children have made up names. I think it sounds great. What are you using for a middle name??
