What do you think about the baby name Dora?

I would like to know what you think of this name. I don't live in the USA so people here don't know about Dora the Explorer or anything!! I like Dora Maria or Marie a lot.

What do you think about the baby name Dora?
I don't live in the US but with 2 small children you will get to know Dora the Explorer. Quite cool to have a name like a super girl though...make her quite popular at Nursery I think. If you like it go with it. Good luck.

Reply:Congratulations.... Dora is a fine name. In fact the name Dora is of Greek origin, and means present or a gift. Its a beautiful name and who cares about the whole carttoon Dora the explorer. Dora Marie sounds perfect!!!!

Reply:Please choose the name you want, no matter what people think because once they see a very beautiful Dora, they will like that name. Not many pretty people I know as Dora, so I tend to not like that name. Actually I really dont like that name at all. I f I had that name I would shoot myself. Im just kidding. Its your child hahah.
